A working EMR, not a prototype.

Aviral Medcare is the product brand for an eye-hospital EMR and management system built and run by Ebslon Infotech. It runs the OPD, theatre and billing at Synergy Eye Center today — it was built for a working hospital first and turned into a product second.

Why eye care, and not everything

An eye hospital has workflows a general hospital system structurally cannot hold. Refraction produces values, not free text. Acceptance has to be distinguished from the machine reading. A glass prescription is a document with its own shape. An implanted lens has a batch and an expiry that must stay attached to the patient for years. An injection is a series, not an event. Adapting a general system to these means bolting registers onto the side of it — which is exactly what most eye hospitals end up doing.

How we work

  • Implementation

We configure branches, departments, roles and doctors against how you already work.

  • Data migration

Existing patient records, stock and ledgers are brought across before go-live.

  • Training

Role by role — the front desk, optometry, doctors, theatre, billing and accounts each learn their own screens.

  • Support

A named point of contact after go-live, not a ticket queue.

What we don't claim

We hold no healthcare certification, and we will not imply one. Where you see a security claim on this site, it describes a mechanism you can check in a demo — role-based access, an audit trail recording who acted and when and why, encrypted authentication, and records scoped to a branch.

We do not publish customer counts, logos or testimonials. When hospitals agree to be named, they will appear here with their permission and not before.

Every screen and figure shown on this site is marked as sample data. Nothing on it is a real patient.

Come and look at it

We would rather show you the system than describe it.
